JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

MMario PantowI stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉

TTaruminggiNice clean hotel and good location close to the airport. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety to choose from and the services from the staff are excellent. Stay at this hotel for so many years and for the services are second to none. Will recommend this hotel to others thank you.

JJakeSe siete un turista straniero o forse un turista nazionale, potete considerare la privacy e il comfort qui.
Questo hotel è davvero grande con la bellezza della natura, ma è stato rovinato con l'ospite locale. Vedrai che alcuni ospiti fumano in zona non fumatori come la piscina, il più povero è, il personale dell'hotel non fa nulla con esso, anche se ci sono segni di non fumare.
Il peggiore è che sentirai la musica molto rumorosa intorno 6.am, e il più divertente è la musica usata solo da alcune persone facevano zumba vicino alla stanza degli ospiti. E quando chiediamo aiuto all'ospite dell'hotel, riceveremo la risposta “sono programmati zumba”, come il tf, ospite saprà che ci sarà programmato zumba.
Per essere giusti, la pulizia è buona, i cibi sono media.

FFiladelL'hotel è in una posizione molto buona, è vicino al centro commerciale, ma la zona del lobby è al secondo piano e non ha aria condizionata. Ma il receptionista e tutto il personale erano carini. All’inizio entravamo nel seminterrato, dove c’era l’ascensore, che era davvero fumante. E il piano dove c’era anche la nostra stanza. La prima stanza che abbiamo avuto era bella con la vista sul mare. Ma il cavo era troppo rumore. Siamo andati in un'altra stanza, ma purtroppo non c'era acqua calda.Il colazione era semplice, ma il posto dove avevamo colazione era sul tetto con una bella vista

UUtente ospiteAs already commented by other guests, the hotel is in dire need of major renovations. I'm sure it was a grand hotel in its heyday. What need to be changed in the rooms ? Well, just about everything; furniture, bed, bathroom tiles, sink (there are always little cockroaches running around in it), shower with no hot water even after I informed the staff, television, cupboard with musty smell.
The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, and very professional and helpful staff.
I read many reviews about no air-conditioning, old bedsheets and towels. Fortunately, these had been addressed by the hotel when I stayed there. They had chiller problem which had been addressed, and bedsheets and towels replaced.
All in all, it was value for money.
